Hello! So yesterday I had chemistry and we did a really cool experiment on exothermic reactions and we got to use a data logger. We had to put magnesium strips as well as magnesium powder into dilute hydrochloric acid and the smell that was given off is disgusting. It was fun nevertheless.

Today I woke up rather early but then my body decided to continue sleeping and I woke up half an hour before my mother tongue lesson started so I was really panicky. It was fun, but also terrifying at the same time as my teacher kept talking about how our assignments will continue to pile on and on. She also mentioned our extra lessons every week and the fact that all of the above will apply to a subject. I'm taking eight subjects. How the

Anyways afterwards I had chemistry again and we did another experiment on thermometric analysis ( i think i spelt it right). We used dilute hydrochloric acid as well as sodium hydroxide and I'm just going to say how terrible I am at pouring chemicals because I literally had to keep rinsing my hands all the way up to my elbows because the chemicals came into contact with my skin and it made me feel super uncomfortable and itchy. It really felt like my skin was corroding although i'm sure that's slightly exaggerated. Twas a fun experience after all.

Tomorrow I will be going on a trip to Botanic Gardens. I believe I have been there once but I was still at a very young age so nothing was really vivid at that time. I'm quite excited for it and I'm sure it'll be loads of fun. Afterwards when I get back I might catch a movie or something. Probably gonna try The Book Of Life (i think?) although I really have no idea what to expect of the movie. I'm guessing it's going to have a really cliche storyline and ending so I'm not entirely sure if it's going to be worth watching. However, that is the only PG movie showing in the cinema gosh. How frustrating.
